Project carried out for the same developers with whom we had already collaborated on the Rue des Mimosas project. On this occasion, they acquired a building practically abandoned, with no maintenance for many years. Located in Hendaye, in an emblematic area close to the sea, the property showed advanced deterioration.
The intervention restored the building’s vitality, respecting its original character and highlighting its heritage value. The work, carried out with care and dedication, transformed an abandoned property into a renovated villa, well protected against external elements and ready to last over time.
