Administrative department

The department’s goal is simple: to ensure that the client feels supported at all times.

The Administration Department is the internal support point that ensures everything operates clearly, smoothly and efficiently.

It is the team that connects the client with the rest of the company and ensures that every project progresses without unexpected issues.

They oversee communication, documentation and the financial management of each project, allowing technicians and site teams to work with precision.

Department functions:

  • When a client calls or writes, we register the request and gather the necessary information to handle the case properly.
  • We provide the initial details and schedule the visit with the Technical Department.
  • We manage calendars and appointments, maintaining fluid and constant communication with clients.
  • We prepare all required documentation for each project, including preliminary permits when needed.
  • Sheila is responsible for accounting, the financial control of each project, and issuing invoices.
  • We coordinate all administrative documentation with the other departments and respond to any questions related to the project’s progress.
