The client has a single point of contact who manages and oversees the proper progress of the entire project.
How we work:
The client calls or writes: we register the request.
We analyse the initial information and schedule a visit.
A technician visits the site. The first and most important step for us is to listen to the client’s needs.
We assess the real situation and advise on the best solution.
During the visit, we take measurements, notes and photographs.
At the office, we prepare a clear and detailed estimate.
We deliver the estimate and answer all of the client’s questions.
If needed, we make adjustments to refine the proposal.
Once accepted, the project is transferred to the Execution Department for planning and development.
Daily communication is maintained with the site manager, and an internal weekly meeting is held to monitor progress.
At the end of the works, we carry out a full review with the client and sign the project completion document.
