This was a residential community with several facade issues: beams and eaves in poor condition, deteriorated shutters, and the need for masonry and guttering work. Initially, the community had gathered separate quotes (carpentry, masonry, scaffolding, painting, and zinc works), which meant high costs and complicated coordination among multiple contractors.
By centralizing all trades with a single contractor, the community achieved significant savings and much simpler management. The project was completed within the scheduled timeframe, addressing additional issues transparently and without complications. The result was a renewed, solid, and aesthetic facade that left the residents highly satisfied. Later, several owners trusted us again for interior works in their homes, strengthening a long-term relationship of trust.
