Residential community in a building with a facade made of monocouche mortar, a material that over the
years loses waterproofing capacity and becomes more absorbent. This had caused stains, dampness, and
cracks in several areas, as well as flaking on the balcony ceilings.
The facade was left fully renewed, protected against dampness and ready to last for many years, meeting
our goal of durability and aesthetics for the community.
