In Hendaye, Boulevard du Général de Gaulle, a complete refurbishment was carried out on a building constructed in 1925.
The property, with strong presence and volume, showed humidity problems on the west façade and required waterproofing on the rear side.
The building regained a neat, solid appearance representative of its time, with a spectacular and
long-lasting aesthetic result. The owners were very satisfied with the work.
This project is covered by the French garantie décennale, a mandatory insurance which covers, for ten years after
completion, any damage affecting the solidity of the structure or making it unfit for its intended purpose.
