Frequently Asked Questions

By vocation, in 1999, Gorka began to work during the summers as a painter with the best teacher: his father, Francisco. Together, they painted numerous works in the city of San Sebastián and throughout Gipuzkoa (travelling many kilometres to reach each work, while discovering the region).

With the experience acquired with his father and passionate about this trade, Gorka decided in 2007 to found his own company.

A few years later, he is lucky enough to hire his father, work with him again, and help him prepare for retirement – one of his dreams come true!

Later, his twin brother Iñigo joined the company. Together, the three of them grow the company, each contributing their commitment.

It all starts with the customer’s first phone call.

It is very important to have good technicians and good accountants. At FGI, we have a quality team.

To work with us, it is essential to be a good person. It is also necessary to be a good companion and a dedicated worker.

A good work environment translates into good results.

Our team of professionals knows and uses the best products on the market, as well as the best techniques, to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers at all times. The quality of our finishes and the efficiency in the development of each of our projects are the main reasons why our clients choose us to work on their homes.
Doing around 100 works a year, it would be unrealistic to expect everything to be perfect and without any errors.

Of course, sometimes we make mistakes. Although it is not frequent, it happens. In our opinion, the most important thing is to recognize the mistake, solve it and, of course, learn from the situation.
