A small building of a four-neighbour community in Irun, Aduana Street, whose façade was in poor condition after many years without maintenance. Moisture problems were affecting the apartments.
An interesting project that restored protection, aesthetics and durability to the building. The façade was fully rehabilitated with an elegant, personalised finish, and the apartments were protected from dampness.
