This project refers to a building located in Paseo Colón, in the centre of Irun. It was a community with major energy deficiencies, where an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS/ITE) was implemented.
The project was supervised by an architect, who was in charge of communication with residents and site management. Our work focused on the full execution of the system. One of the main challenges was the curved façade, solved with precision for an impeccable finish. All railings were replaced and balconies waterproofed, after removing the old tiles, installing new junctions and reinforcing critical areas.
The photos reflect the excellent result achieved. A complete renovation providing energy comfort, renewed aesthetics and satisfaction both for the residents and for our team.
